The Process
For most individuals like, we will schedule a brief, 10-minute call. Here we get an initial sense of one another and decide whether or not to schedule an initial consultation.
If we do, that first meeting will be about 50 minutes. I will ask a lot of questions, but more importantly, you get to see how I work and who I am. From there, we decide whether to embark on a therapy journey together.
When beginning psychotherapy, I see patients on a weekly basis. Sometimes I see individuals like on a biweekly basis–it depends.
