My Story

I have always believed that the power of words is like magic—they can heal, inspire, and transform lives. This belief is what led me to create MindCare Wellness Centre, a space where every conversation is an opportunity for growth and healing.

Through approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), trauma-focused therapy, and NLP coaching, I’ve seen how the right words, paired with the right strategies, can help people reframe their thoughts, overcome past wounds, and build a stronger sense of self.
